Headhunters are spending a lot of time online when it comes to finding jobs, as they look to land a new job.
The rise in job seekers has seen the number of job seekers on the site jump from a few hundred to around 300,000 since May.
And as the number has risen, so have the number who have turned to job boards.
The number of people who use job boards has risen from around 2.3 per cent in May to more than 6 per cent, according to job search platform JobCast.
The number who use the site to find jobs has also grown from 3.2 per cent to 7.2 percent, JobCast says.
“The number is increasing,” says Chris Smith, chief executive of JobCast, as more job seekers sign up for job boards, and the number goes up.
Job hunting is the biggest activity on JobCast and it accounts for almost half of all job searches.
“There are still a lot people out there looking for work, and that’s because there’s a lot more work available,” Mr Smith says.
“Job seekers are also looking for a job that’s not just in one company, it’s multiple companies.
They’re looking for jobs that they want to be part of.”
But JobCast warns that while there are many job hunting sites out there, it can be challenging to find the right one for every job seeker.
“I think the most important thing is that you don’t put a job hunting site down just because it’s a job site,” Mr Scott says.
“You don’t want to put one down because it might be the most suitable job that someone wants to do.”
There is a lot to consider, and a lot that can be learned.”
Mr Smith says it’s important to consider what your company’s value proposition is and what kind of work is required.
Job seekers also need to be aware of their surroundings, including what they can see and how to identify potential competitors.”
When it comes down to it, it is a matter of who is looking for the best job, who is hiring the best people and who is not hiring the right people,” he says.

The most important rule is that when you look for a new employer, you want to find out what your value proposition and what you’re looking to do,” Mr Brown says.
It’s important that job seekers are clear about their needs and goals, he says, before going into a job search.”
You want to get to the bottom of your needs, and then you want the right person to do it for you.
You want to understand your business, understand your values and understand your potential customers,” Mr Walker says.
